The advantages of a subscription go way beyond the best seats at the best price. Here are all of the ways your subscriber status helps you out before, during and after a show.
PRIORITY ACCESS TO ADDED ATTRACTIONS
One of the best benefits of being a subscriber is first access to shows. 2019/20 DCPA subscribers will have priority access to purchase Hamilton tickets prior to the Hamilton public on-sale. The Hamilton priority access announcement and details will be sent via email. Please make sure we have your correct email address on file in order to receive this and other priority access announcements.
The 2020 Hamilton return engagement is not included on any DCPA subscription package. All additional Hamilton details will be announced at a later date.
SAVE ON TICKETS FOR FRIENDS & FAMILY
Purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate to most shows throughout the season. As long as you are logged in with your subscriber login information, you’ll see any available subscriber discounts when purchasing tickets. Keep an eye out for emails throughout the year for discount opportunities.
AUTO-RENEW OPTION
Take the worry out of renewing with our option to auto-renew your subscription next year. If you’re happy with your subscription package and know you will want to renew for the 2019/20 season, choose the auto-renew option when buying or renewing your package for 2018/19. Your saved payment method will be charged in the spring of 2019 (we will call and email to remind you first).
NATIONAL STAGES PROGRAM
As a subscriber of a professional theatre participating in the National Stages Program, you’ll receive member pricing and benefits when you travel to any participating theatre across the country, such as Steppenwolf in Chicago and The Public in New York City. FLEXIBLE & FREE TICKET EXCHANGE
If you can’t attend your scheduled performance, you can exchange your tickets for another date and time of the same show — for free. Exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to the curtain of your scheduled performance.
Note: Exchanges subject to availability and restrictions apply. Upgrade charges may apply if exchanging to a higher-value ticket or you may be charged a fee for exchanges made within the 24-hour time limit. You cannot exchange tickets from one production to another. There are no exchanges, refunds or replacement tickets for missed performances.
REPLACE YOUR TICKETS
If you lose your tickets, we are happy to reprint them at no cost. Contact Subscriber Services and we’ll resend them to you or hold your new tickets at Will Call.
DONATE YOUR TICKETS
If you are unable to use your tickets, you may turn them into a tax-deductible donation to the DCPA by contacting Subscriber Services. Some restrictions apply. Tickets must be donated prior to the performance.

CONVENIENT PAYMENT PLANS
Spread out the payment for your subscription over time. Payments will be charged on the date of your original purchase each month for 4 or 8 months. Just choose the payment plan of your choice when buying or renewing your package. Note: A $10 one-time per-package processing fee applies to all payment plans. Restrictions may apply
THEATRE FORWARD'S SAVE MY SEAT PROGRAM
Offers easy access to a wide range of Broadway, Off-Broadway and shows nationwide at significant savings of 25% to 50%. Discounts are made available through the THEATRE FORWARD website which provides play listings and discount codes that enable employees and retirees to book the tickets and obtain discounts either online, over the phone or directly from theatre box offices.
